About me

me

Arianna was born in Sicily, Italy and lived there until she was 29 years old. She has a Master’s degree from the University of Perugia.

Her passion for teaching Italian to foreign students started during the second year of college. Soon the need became a passion to the point that she continued teaching foreign language students who were attending the University of Perugia.

In 2011 she arrived in Seattle. Within weeks of her arrival she began working at the Seattle Language International school (SLI) where she held Italian language and culture classes for students of all levels, until SLI’s closure in April 2015.

Throughout that period she also taught Italian language and culture courses to UW Honors Summer Rome Program students in order to prepare them for their summer courses abroad.

In 2019 Arianna was ready and eager for a new teaching adventure. She founded Italiano4You with the goal of teaching the Italian language and culture to Italophiles who wish to fully immerse themselves in the authentic Dolce Vita lifestyle.

In her free time Arianna enjoys yoga, embroider and traveling. She travels to Italy once a year to touch base, experience her heritage and enhance her teaching methods.
